Dale has six years experience with a Big-Five firm, two years experience at ITT and over 35 years of leadership at Lytkowski & Co. He has a wide variety of experience in industrial and governmental auditing with emphasis on not-for-profit and governmental operations. He has a broad range of tax knowledge and is well versed in financial planning and tax strategies and has developed a specialty in mergers and acquisitions with a focus on strategically targeted acquisitions. He is well acquainted with the financial community and experienced in loan assistance, business organization and planning. As the driving force behind Lytkowski & Co., his experience is as wide and varied as the firm's clients are. He brings to the firm a blend of industrial, "Big-Five" and entrepreneurial experience.
Dale received his BBA in accounting in 1966, followed in 1969 by his MBA in accounting and finance from Case Western Reserve University. He has been a CPA since 1971. Dale has lectured at Case Western Reserve University to students in the MBA program and has presented numerous seminars on taxes and closely held businesses.
David received his BBA from The University of Akron in 1987, and his MBA from Cleveland State University in 1999 with honors. He passed the CPA exam on his first attempt and became a certified public accountant in 1991.
David began his accounting career with Multicare Management Company as a general accountant and subsequently joined our firm in 1989. Since joining the firm, David has excelled in his role as a Partner and Director of Assurance Services. His experience includes working on a wide variety of clients from privately held businesses to large manufacturers. David's area of expertise is working with manufacturing businesses such as metal bending and stamping, tool and die and the polymer and plastics industries, as well as non-profit's such as private foundations, social clubs and health and welfare organizations.
